These Terms govern your purchase of newsletter growth services from Growtoro LLC (operating as “The Just Win Team”). By completing checkout and submitting payment, you agree to the terms below.
1. What You’re Paying For
You’re purchasing a managed newsletter subscriber acquisition campaign. Your first cycle is 49 days long to accommodate setup; every cycle after is 30 days.
- First Cycle — Weeks 1–3 (Days 1–21): Infrastructure setup & warming. We build out cold email infrastructure on dedicated domains and sender accounts, warm them to maximize deliverability, and prepare campaign assets.
- First Cycle — Weeks 4–7 (Days 22–49): Active campaign. Cold outreach runs daily. Engaged contacts are filtered and delivered to you.
- Subsequent Cycles (30 days each): Active campaign continues on the warmed infrastructure with no additional setup time required.
Your subscriber delivery volume corresponds to the plan tier you selected at checkout.
2. Billing & Automatic Renewal
This is a recurring service. Your card on file will be automatically charged on the following schedule, unless you cancel prior to the cutoff described in Section 3:
- First renewal: 49 days after your first payment. This longer initial cycle accommodates the 3-week setup and warming period plus your first 4 weeks of active campaign.
- All renewals after that: every 30 days. Once your infrastructure is warmed and running, the campaign continues on a standard monthly cycle.
Aligning the first cycle’s billing to the full 49-day setup-plus-campaign window ensures continuity — if you continue past your first cycle, the 30-day cycles run uninterrupted on already-warmed infrastructure.
One week before each renewal date, we will email you a reminder so you can decide whether to continue or cancel.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time up to and including 5 days before your next renewal date.
- For your first renewal, the cutoff is Day 44 (5 days before Day 49).
- For all subsequent renewals, the cutoff is Day 25 of the 30-day cycle (5 days before Day 30).
- Cancellations submitted on or before the cutoff stop the automatic renewal. Your current cycle continues uninterrupted through its final day and you receive the full deliverables you paid for.
- Cancellations submitted after the cutoff will not stop the upcoming renewal charge. Once renewal has processed, we begin work on the next cycle’s outreach immediately, and that cycle is non-refundable.
To cancel, email support@growtoro.com or reply to your renewal reminder. We will confirm cancellation in writing.
4. Subscriber Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery of the number of engaged subscribers specified in your plan tier. “Engaged” means contacts who have opened, clicked, or replied to our outreach sequence and have not opted out.
Subscribers are delivered to you via CSV file at the end of each campaign cycle, or on an ongoing trickle basis if your plan includes that delivery method.
If we fall short of your guaranteed subscriber count in any given cycle, we will continue running the campaign on your behalf — at no additional cost — until the guaranteed number is reached. This extension does not delay your next billing cycle; renewal billing continues on schedule, and the extension runs in parallel until the shortfall is closed.
5. Domain Ownership
As part of campaign setup, we purchase email-sending domains on your behalf. These domains:
- Are owned by you, not by Growtoro
- Are registered using your business name where possible, and using our registrar account for operational efficiency during the active engagement
- Will be transferred to your preferred registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.) at no cost to you within 14 business days of your written request at any point during or after our engagement
Domain renewal costs after transfer are your responsibility. While the domains are in our registrar account, we cover renewal costs.
6. Support & Communication
We are available to respond to questions during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm Eastern Time). Most messages receive a response within the same business day; complex requests may take up to one business day.
We are not available on weekends or US federal holidays for routine support, but we monitor for urgent infrastructure issues 24/7.

7. Your Responsibilities
To deliver results, we need from you:
- Approved messaging and offer copy at the start of each cycle
- A landing page or subscription mechanism for delivered subscribers to opt in
- Timely responses (within 3 business days) to setup-phase questions
Delays in providing the above may shift your campaign timeline. We will communicate any timeline impacts in writing.
8. Compliance
All cold outreach we send on your behalf is fully compliant with CAN-SPAM, GDPR (where applicable), and all platform-level requirements. We include all legally required disclosures, opt-out mechanisms, and physical mailing addresses in every email sent.
You are responsible for ensuring your own newsletter and follow-up emails comply with applicable email regulations.
9. No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. We invest in infrastructure (domains, email-sending accounts, lead data, sender warming) at the start of each cycle and these costs cannot be recovered mid-cycle.
In the event of a subscriber shortfall, your remedy is the campaign extension described in Section 4 — we will continue running outreach at no additional cost until the guaranteed subscriber count is reached. No cash refunds are issued under any circumstances.
If you believe we have materially failed to perform our obligations under these Terms, contact us at support@growtoro.com to resolve in good faith.
10. Termination by Growtoro
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement if:
- You request outreach to audiences we determine to be high-risk, illegal, or in violation of platform policies
- You provide false information that materially impacts our ability to perform
- Payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days
In cases of termination by Growtoro for cause, no refund is owed for the current cycle.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid Growtoro in the preceding 90 days. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profits damages.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes apply only to future campaign cycles, not your current one. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days’ notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, where Growtoro LLC is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
